βmy family and i really enjoyed our time in the river rock retreat cabin It was exactly what we needed for our Memorial Weekend vacation. The cabin was beautiful, well stocked, and very clean. My parents enjoyed the coffee daily. The river and woodland scenery was just gorgeous! My teens loved being able to swim, play pool, and make s'mores over the firepit. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We definitely recommend booking this cabin.ββ

Native Plants and Animals: This cabin is located on the river. As such it is important for potential guests to understand before making a reservation that mother nature and her loving family of flora and fauna may make their presence known including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, walking sticks, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, just to name a few. And, although the cabin is on strict pest control and cleaning regimen our native flora and fauna may find a way to join you since you are visiting their habitat.
