Seit bereits 25 Jahren genießen wir hier auf 720 Höhenmetern im südlichen Schwarzwald die Rückzugsmöglichkeit vom Arbeitsalltag. In der klaren Bergluft des Hotzenwaldes schätzen wir Ruhe, Entspannung und den Abstand zum hektischen Alltag. Wir vermieten, nach liebevoller Renovierung, die 112qm große, südwestliche Hälfte unseres Doppelhauses mit 5-Sterne Standard an unsere Gäste. Neben der Vermietung des Ferienhauses sind wir beide beruflich tätig. Mein Mann arbeitet in der benachbarten Schweiz und ich bin Inhaberin von "Heike Rieck Exquisite Mode" für Damen und Herren. Wann immer es unser berufliches Engagement erlaubt, nutzen wir selbst die vielfältigen Möglichkeiten dieser Region und wandern im Schwarzwald, in der Schweiz und im Elsass. Während Ihres Aufenthalts im Ferienhaus Zirbe stehen wir Ihnen gerne mit hilfreichen Tipps zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ausflugszielen, Wandertouren und Mountainbike-/Joggingstrecken, sowie Restaurants in der Umgebung zur Verfügung. Des Weiteren befinden sich hier auch die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit Theke, Nespresso- und Spülmaschine, sowie der großzügige Wohn-/Essbereich des Ferienhauses. Dieser ist mit einem Biofire-Kachelofen, Satelliten-TV, BluRay Player sowie einem Plattenspieler ausgestattet. Das 1. OG erreichen Sie über eine Treppe oder den fest im Ferienhaus installierten Treppenlift. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie die Bibliothek, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette sowie das große Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, sowie ein Einzelbett mit direktem Zugang zum überdachten Balkon und Panoramablick auf die Schweizer Alpen. Allgemein können nach Absprache mit dem Gastgeber auch noch 2 Zustellbetten zu 20,00 Euro pro Nacht/Person dazugebucht werden und nach Wunsch im Haus platziert werden. Für den Zugang zum Internet steht Ihnen im Ferienhaus WLAN zur Verfügung. Ihre Wertsachen können Sie im Safe sicher verstauen. Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im UG. Im wunderschön grünen Außenbereich befinden sich verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Gartenmöbeln und Sonnenschirm zum Entspannen und Relaxen. Im Ferienhaus Zirbe stehen Ihnen 2 hochwertige Mountainbikes (Damenrad von Merida & Herrenrad von Ghost) zur Verfügung. Diese können für eine Nutzungsgebühr von 5,00 Euro pro Tag/Fahrrad direkt bei uns angemietet werden. Winter: Wir bieten Ihnen zusätzlich den Verleih von Schneeschuhen zu 5,00 Euro pro Schuhe/Tag an.
