there are two ring cameras - a doorbell camera on the front of the house and a spotlight camera in the back of the house We do not actively monitor the Ring cameras unless there is an incident. This technology is in place to protect the privacy of our neighbors and to keep you safe.
fyi - for guests bringing pets, please clean up after them We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. (The pet fee - $100 per pet, only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens, wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture). No more than 2 dogs allowed. MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES.
