we are close to the airport and cruise ports (5 miles)!
near i95 and us1 which takes you to miami or fort lauderdale in minutes

the entire space has been redone It is bright, open and inviting , perfect for a family to settle into and relax. Smart TV with cable, Hulu , Vudu, Netflix, Amazon Prime (NFL games) for your entertainment.

i live in the area so i can be there at a moments notice, if needed
hollywood is nestled between miami and fort lauderdale, so you get the best of both worlds at an economic price Steps to the buzzing restaurant and night life scene of downtown Hollywood , take a walking tour of the myriad wall murals and shops. Every Monday evening check out the food trucks at Arts Park at Young Circle. And Artwalk is held every 3rd Saturday of every month.
the house is right off of i95, us1 and the hollywood tri rail station Conveniently get to Miami or Fort Lauderdale.
please be courteous to neighbors and keep noise level to a minimum
the building next door is a 55+ community and they are very sensitive to loud noise
small pets are allowed (pet fee applies per pet)
we can accommodate early or late check ins whenever possible and when not conflicting with cleaning schedule (early check in/late check out fee applies )

1)
no parties or gatherings without prior approval !
if cleaners or host finds evidence of a party / (ex Confetti/glitter) an extra cleaning fee will be added and or loss of security deposit. The fee is $30 per cleaning hour. The extra cleaning fee will also be applied if there is “excessive” garbage , dirty dishes and overall mess.
no loud music after 8pm mon-fri, 9pm weekends this is a residential area so please courteous to our neighbors and community
no unauthorized guests

no smoking indoors You may smoke cigarettes on the front porch and backyard, however NO ILLEGAL substances of any kind permitted anywhere on the property, this includes backyard, front porch, indoors.

please wash your own dishes There are dishwasher pods on site.

extra towels and sheets are set aside for the next guests , if you must use extra towels or sheets please wash and dry before checking out This helps out the cleaning crew.

please make sure you take all belongings with you at check out Not responsible for items left behind.
failure to abide by house rules may result in immediate cancellation of reservation, and guests will have to vacate premises immediately
