Surrounded by beautiful fruit trees… pomegranate lemons oranges and avocados is our beautiful detached 3 bedroom family villa. 5 minute walk to Masymas supermarket and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Fully furnished across one floor three lovely sized bedrooms. One with En suite. Outdoor kitchen and own pool. full aircon throughout!
important to note that price is exclusion of air-conditioning used Meters have been installed to be read on arrival and departure readings. Payment will be made as cash on departure. Basic kWh per hour to be used covering the cost of only the bill to the owner. A departure clean will be paid in cash by the person renting at 85 euro’s up to 4 people 105 euro’s up to 6 people. It is your responsibility to remove all rubbish and recycling and deposit on the bins at the end of the road. Cleaning fee’s do not extend to the outdoor bbq and this will be the responsibility of the person renting. Failure to adhere to these conditions will result in a 100 euro bill. A refundable £350 deposit is due 8 weeks before arrival and if property is left as found will be returned within 7 days of return.
