It's the perfect house for families with plenty of room to bring a friend or even grandparents. Sit right on the expansive deck, sit back, grill and watch the river go by with an unobstructed view right across the street.

this property is right on the river The only thing that separates it from the house is a dirt road that leads to a dead end with three other houses.
there are a few stairs to access the house but one bedroom and bathroom are in the lower level of the house
there is only space for two cars at the property as any additional cars would block the road If the cabin next door is also rented at the same time there is additional parking available there.
we allow up to two well-behaved digs at the property but we ask that they remain on the lower level of the house as much as possible Any excessive dog hair found on linens will incur an additional laundry charge.
there is a propane grill on the deck that is available from may 1st through columbus day weekend
there is a small fire pit out front The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is not provided.
