The property includes an inground salt-water pool with diving board (Memorial Day - Labor Day), hot tub, kids play structure, large trampoline with net, basketball hoop, wildlife pond w/ long creek and a tree house (w/ loft) with fire pole where the kids can hang out and sleep! There is also a pool house with a full bathroom and changing rooms.

Large built-in refrigerator plus sliding door pantry. The remaining kitchen counters are slab granite and the kitchen includes every cooking amenity imaginable, not to mention a fully stocked coffee corner with complimentary local coffee. The kitchen overlooks the backyard playground, patio and hot tub area with large windows, a sliding glass door to back patio and a sliding Nana window to create an incredible outdoor room experience.

our home is only 1/2 mile from the deschutes national forest where there are oodles of trails for riding, walking or trail running We are only a few short minutes to Hwy 97 with easy access to Bend and Sunriver.
