This 2 bedroom, 1 bath mobile home is located in great location in sunrise beach, west side of the Ozarks, close to Laurie, Mo. Located at the 8 mm of the Osage, very close to the water bars and restaurants, across from bass point, located in a excellent cove location, great fishing , comes with private dock. There is a marina and boat ramp on the same road as the rental house. We have added a 12 ft aluminum fishing boat with ores for the fisherman on the trip. The dock also has a ladder for swimming. The home is at end of paved road, very private shaded location includes direct TV, everything furnished, linens included!.
