Exceptional detached villa on 450 sqm living space on 3 floors, private enclosed parking, car is recommended because of the location. The villa is centrally located between Rhodes Town and Faliraki, both 6 km away. A gravel road leads to the house and is not tarred. An ideal base from which to explore the island's beauty and Kalithea Bay, this is right on the doorstep (as the crow flies). Each of the 5 bedrooms has a sea view and the master bedroom in addition to the city of Rhodes. The main entrance leads to the first floor with a cozy sitting area and invites you to relax, to eat with a separate table or next to the fully equipped kitchen. All rooms have sea views, a second leather sofa site with TV surround system and a toilet. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and en suite bathroom, TV and is located on the second floor with another 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, another living area with a balcony and a corner with a washer and dryer. On the ground floor next to the pool is another living room, 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower) and 2 double beds (separated with fabric blinds). The villa is fully air-conditioned, luxuriously equipped with all types of electrical appliances, flat screen TV with surround system, satellite and free Wi-Fi. The pool area is equipped with sliding doors, so you have an indoor and outdoor pool that can be heated if necessary (winter supplement 50 € / day). Upon request, we can arrange a cook, maid service and a car from Rhodes Airport for a surcharge.
