Falcon's Perch is a Nature Lover's Dream, resting on a beautiful meadow in the Coastal Hills above Blue Lake just east of Arcata with lovely Japanese Art pieces throughout the home, giving it both tranquility and privacy with an inviting wrap around deck. Soak up the sun in this south facing property! Enjoy the fresh Coastal Redwood air with the sounds and views of the the wildlife including the Falcons sitting in the Giant Redwoods and the herds of elk and deer wandering the land. The entire home and deck are all at the same level so it's nice and easy getting around with very few steps to have to go up or down. Nice open living room with dining area and beautiful views of the Redwoods, meadows & coastal hills, plenty of space in the kitchen and the three bedrooms are perfect for up to 6. The Master suite has a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and the second bedroom also has a bath/shower combination.
enjoy barbecuing out on the big grill and having fun meals on your wrap around deck You are about a 12 minute drive to Blue Lake & the Mad River, and about 15 minutes to downtown Arcata and McKinleyville. We have wifi and satellite tv for your enjoyment.
