Positive: When the 1st room wasn't acceptable, they made it right by upgrading us into a nicer room where everything worked well for the same price.

Negative: The room we were initially given was not good. The heat-a/c unit was v. noisy and didn't work right. The remote didn't work the TV.

Summary: Budget friendly with a good staff.
