Welcome to fabulous Fair Oaks, CA! Our home has been newly renovated and has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located downstairs. Upstairs features a large, vaulted ceiling game room complete with a pool table and tons of space for fun! Our kitchen has seating for 10, making cooking with your family and friends a breeze. fair oaks is a beautiful, established community located a couple of miles north of the american river and 20 miles east of downtown sacramento Our home is located on a residential street surrounded by mature trees. Please note that our home backs up to a busy two-lane street. our high end dual-pane windows keep the noise out inside, but it can be noisy outside, so turn up the music when playing in the pool!
madison marketplace is a short 5 minute drive and has the following businesses:

a short 7 minute drive from our home is sunrise blvd there you will find additional restaurants and stores including:
