Positive: Near the metro station, free parking

Negative: Actually the apartment is in the basement, dark and humid, it is not well attended, there is no instruction or guidance how to access to the apartment before we arrived, we had to call the owner to get the password of the key box and asked for him where we can park after we arrived, the heater system didn’t work when we came to the apartment, no hot water and no heating, we had to adjust and fix by ourselves, the owner was not helpful, he did not arrange everything well in advance and always emphasized that he was very busy on his own work, which brought us some trouble and let us confused.
