in the street/entrance level, you will find the common areas: powder room; living/dining room; open and covered terraces; outdoor breakfast area with barbecue; laundry; a spacious fully stocked kitchen with the best quality modern appliances, including an island that seats 6 people comfortably; a heated pool, with a bench and wet lounging area; water jets that spring out of the pools infinity edge
descending from the main level, you will find the guest suites, home theater, and wine cellar This level has three bedrooms, each with a bathroom en suite and walk-in closet. The rooms share a large terrace and have panoramic ocean views. The fourth bedroom is a Mother-in-Law suite. It features its own bathroom, small kitchenette, and double bed.
