Positive: Close to airport. Quiet area. Comfortable bed. Good shower pressure
Negative: No communication after booking. No welcome message explaining how to get access. Wasn't told who to meet or where, or the apartment number. There was no one on reception when we arrived after a 13 hour flight. I had to leave my bags unattended while I walked around looking for someone. Other residents guided me into one of the buildings where an unfriendly guy asked how I was going to pay. I said card, and he said they wanted cash, which I didn't have as we'd just arrived and that wasn't communicated either. He made us wait while he contacted the owner. My 5 year old was practically falling asleep on the bags by this point. I asked if we could go to the room, and eventually we did, but he offered no help with my bags (5 of them) despite watching me struggle. Later the owner turned up at the door. Again, totally unfriendly. Didn't say hello, how's everything, etc. Just stated that he was here for the money. I told him that it wasn't explained that cash was expected. He totally ignored me. Then inflated the amount he was going to charge which I contested, so he huffed and charged the booking amount to my card. There was no drinking water, coffee, or any basics that you'd hope for. So despite being exhausted we had to go out and get bottled water to drink. Nothing was explained about the key. It was a physical key, but when we left I could only see a keypad on the door. No keyhole. So I was trying to scan the key like a fob. Eventually I got on my hands and knees and found that under lock was a hard to access keyhole. In the morning we were up early. There was noone to check us out. Again nothing had been communicated so we just left the key under the water fountain on the desk in the entrance. Overall, the experience was poor due to no communication, and unfriendly, unhelpful, people with no customer focus.
