Positive: The place is spatious and stylish. Comfortable. Good air conditioning. Not in the center, but the bus 146 can take you to Placa de Espana in some 40 minutes passing by Retiro and Gran Via. No problem with street parking, but the application is needed to pay (like EasyPark).
