Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Virtual assistant and contact were very handy and prompt. The apartment is in a great location and we were able to check in earlier which was really appreciated.

Negative: The shower drain was blocked and flooded the bathroom and into the apartment, however they were very dry prompt in response. The drain was not completely fixed but it was better. Also weren’t able to find a couple small things like sink plug to clean dishes.
