a perfect family home featuring 3 bedrooms, 1-bathroom, open plan kitchen, dining and living area, and enclosed outdoor area An easy stroll to the beach, hot shower awaits your return before sips on the deck with water views to admire your craving of the waves.
the three bedrooms all have new mattresses purchased in the last six months Two rooms have Queen size beds, and the third bedroom has King single bunks and a double single bunk, bedroom blinds provide full block out and privacy screen.
the bathroom has a shower including a half size foot bath and vanity The toilet is separate to the bathroom and adjacent to the laundry where there is a second vanity.
the kitchen provides a full-size fridge-freezer combination, induction stove top electric oven, microwave, and coffee pod machine The kitchen area is spacious, where many gather whilst meals are being prepared or lounge on the couches watching the TV and the log fire.
the fully enclosed and weather protected elevated deck is where family and friends gather to share meals around a table which comfortably seats 10 a large gas bbq has nourished many!
