Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Best location with all means of transport like tram , metro, boats etc, nice restaurants and cafe around the hotel , Main attractions like Blue Mosque , Aya Sofia , are few minutes walk from here . I did not include breakfast here so can’t say how it was, a/c was working perfectly, lights were all ok , kettle was working fine, shower pressure was good . All my points are only due to location and lovely staff in the evening . I think hotel got potential and can improve and do better if they do some lite furniture and fixture renovation.
Negative: Property was not ready for check in though I messaged them in advance about my arrival , bed sheets were still wet , every day have to ask for towels and body wash but it’s provided by evening helpful staff, there was no curtain and the net was broken so you would wake up early due to direct sunlight in your room, bathroom was flooding after bath but it’s cleaned every afternoon by room service , I’ve used this hotel couple of years before but it’s not the same any more , mattress was not comfortable, even the staff was new so maybe management is changed now.
