for those staying in vista cay proper, a golf cart shuttle is available between the main clubhouse and the open pool area Alternatively, you can take a ten-minute walk along the lake side path or drive two minutes and park right next to the pool.

vista cay community hoa allows dogs under 35 lbs only
2 dogs maximum allowed per unit
(no other types of pets are allowed to stay at vista cay)

this fee goes to the cleaning company to perform the deep cleaning required for the health and safety of future guests
any potential, incidental damage caused by said pet(s) will be the responsibility of the guest of registration and will be charged to the credit card on file
there is no fee for service animals
a pet fee is still required for all esa dogs
if an unauthorized pet is discovered, a $250 charge will be added to the guest's credit card on file for pet-friendly units or potential immediate cancelation of the reservation and no refund for non-pet-friendly units
