Summary: NOT A HOTEL. Hostel is a more accurate description. Pictures are deceiving. Check in issues took 30 mins to resolve. Constant issues ranging from broken AC units dripping water to broken key codes. Wish I could’ve asked for a refund but couldn’t properly communicate my issues in Spanish. Will look into a refund from Hotels.com
