Positive: Nice facilities and friendly staff.

Negative: Be prepared that the hotel won't have your reservation through booking.com in their system. For some reason they struggle to access the system. However, they certainly will have vacancy. However, if you want to make sure that the reservation is in there system, even if you have received a confirmation via booking.com already, call them. That will also increase the chances that your room will actually be ready when you arrive.
