Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location is great for what I was doing in town. It was quiet. The bed was not bad.

Negative: The place basically had to be broken into every time we came back because of the pin in the handle would not retract far enough to just open the door. I contacted them immediately upon arrival but no one came to fix it while we were there for three days. Instead, they sent a video of them opening the door with no problem. I almost fell into the stairs a couple of times from having to shove so hard to get it open. The towel situation wasn't great and there were no washcloths while we were there. Could use a different arrangement for the living area as it wasn't comfortable or really functional. No coffee or end tables. Overall, this is a great location and cute house but definitely needs help with the management portion.
