one bedroom on first floor, one bedroom on second floor, two bedrooms on third floor
each bed is topped with 4 cooling luxury gel pillows and 12” mattresses with an comfortable down comforter to help ensure a great night’s rest
both the living areas are furnished with ample seating and have plenty of natural light For entertainment, there are large HDTVs to make sure staying in is just as enjoyable as going out.
the kitchens are fully equipped with all cooking utensils you may need There is ample dish-ware; glass, ceramic, and plastic. There are complimentary k-cups and tea bags provided for your stay.
there is free street parking outside of the home and on neighboring streets Be sure to pay attention to street cleaning signs that note what days and times to park on an opposing block.
there are street cleaning days on alternating blocks, monday through friday There will be signs on each block that state no parking very early AM hours on a weekday; you’ll want to be attentive to those to not get ticketed during the street cleaning hours.

- we ask that there is no smoking indoors An extra cleaning fee of $300 to remove odor and stains may be applied.
- towels and washcloths are not to be used with any makeup, face washes, self-tanner, hair dye, or any other staining products
- do not flush any trash, paper towels, flushable wipes, baby wipes, feminine products, condoms, diapers, tissues, cigarette butts, pills, cotton balls, q-tips, or anything that is not toilet paper down the toilet
- do not rinse any food or grease down the kitchen sink drain
- please note: children friendly does not mean the area is child-proof It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children's actions at all times.
- if guests are found to have had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of $300 and an extra $25 per guest after 8 people
- prior to your departure, we ask that you please wash any dirty dishes, place dirty towels in the bathroom, turn off any lights, and lock the door on your way out
- if you checkout later than 11am without express permission of the host there will be a $50/hour late charge added to your reservation Please communicate with host regarding any issues.
