Situated directly on a tranquil canal, this property grants immediate access to the Assawoman bay. Enjoy stunning sunsets, and the convenience of a deep water boat slip where you can dock your boat, offering you boating and fishing adventures right from your doorstep. There is a boat ramp just two blocks away, for your convenience. Spend your mornings or afternoons enjoying spectacular bay views from your large enclosed patio, flooded with natural light. Inside is plenty of room for your extended family with 4 bedrooms, 2 and one half baths and a den. The main bedroom has a King bed, as well as a King in the second bedroom. Bedroom three has a Queen bed, and bedroom 4 has two twin beds, plus a single bunk bed. Total occupancy is 10. The kitchen is well-appointed and modern, with stainless appliances, and everything you need whether you are preparing a quick breakfast or a sumptuous dinner for your family.
