located adjacent to smith lake park makes this beautiful property ideal for the avid fisherman or watersports lover Drop your boat in the lake via the 6-lane boat ramp walking distance from the house. Our home has year-round deep water. Google Smith Lake water levels and subtract 491 feet to find the depth of the water at our dock. During the summer, the water level is deep enough that it stretches across the lake to the trees. During the winter pool there is a low spot in the center dividing the water in two. Our dock is located on the channel going towards Ryan Creek. Being on the north end of the lake, we get very little traffic as most people enter the lake and go south.
