Summary: Very close to the airport with a free airport shuttle service, which is a big plus. However, the evening reception staff seemed overwhelmed during my stay, and I often had to wait a while before my concerns were addressed. Unfortunately, my room had several issues. It was quite cold as the heater wasn’t working, the UK power outlet didn’t function, and when I reported it, I was advised to charge my devices in the dining area instead. The kettle in the room was also not working. A light English breakfast is provided, along with free tea and coffee in the dining area. I did feel safe throughout my stay, which was reassuring. As expected from a hotel close to the airport, there is noticeable airplane noise. The property itself is quite dated and could benefit from some upgrades.
