Positive: We enjoyed our stay here. The room was well furnished and clean. Just a short walk to Nhieu Loc Canal where there are numerous coffee shops.

Negative: The location in District 3 means a lot of tours won't pick you up. The room is starting to show its age. There was no cutlery, plates or utensils to make the kitchen useful.
