my place is 380 m from the beach (7 min walk) It has 2 bedrooms, a living room with glass, two terraces with a nice view, a stone barbeque, and 450 m2 outdoor flat with lawn and flowers, suitable for activities with children (soccer, volleyball, paddle ball, etc.). Public transport (stop) is 80 m away. There are also lots of toys.
