elk horn is a premier luxury four-bedroom cottage in the new choctaw village area near the club house with walking trails easily accessible throughout the area managed by mountain home rentals of georgia Tremendous attention to detail with everything from the 200-year-old heart of pine floors to quality furnishings.
the main floor has an open kitchen, great room, and large dining room with gas fireplace, hd flat screen tv, half bath, master bedroom with king bed, hd flat screen tv, and a large master bath with a walk-in shower and separate tub
a deck off the main floor has a propane gas fireplace for you to enjoy! upstairs has a king bed bedroom with a bathroom with tub and separate walk-in shower and an office in the loft Downstairs has a queen bedroom and bunk bed bedroom (one twin and one double), each with its own bathroom, rec room with gas fireplace, an HD flat screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, and wine cooler. There is a futon for extra sleeping accommodations.

big canoe is an 8,000-acre wildlife gated community in the hardwood forest of the blue ridge mountains just north of atlanta There is a stock with a trout fishing lake, marina, and rental boats available. Big Canoe has over twenty-four miles of maintained hiking trails and plenty of wildlife including deer, black bears, and turkey. As a renter, you have access to all of the Big Canoe amenities paid directly for each amenity. I'm sorry, but we do not offer any passes with the rental. We are more than happy to offer our recommendations about the local area and answer any questions you have about the unit or the complex itself. the driveway can accommodate four cars so we recommend that any additional cars park in the lower chapel parking lot We are located in a cluster home community so the houses are close together.

this home has a gas fireplace controlled by a knob, see guestbook for instructions (in the main living area) There is a second fireplace on the screened porch off the primary suite. The fireplace in the lower living area is decorative only.
**cleaning protocols** all cleaning is done by professionals who use advanced cleaning practices and disinfectants We maintain excellent cleaning standards and pay above the living wage standards; 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. If something isn't right we promise to make it right. Please contact us and we will send a cleaning professional to your property. We fight fabricated claims for discounts with our extensive documentation on the house and post names to web for the protection of other hosts. :-) This beautiful home is not pet friendly. :-)
