getting around:
a lot is in walking distance including several restaurants and bars (ask if you need recommendations) The on-site convenience store sells basics like snacks, beer & wine, toilet paper, coffee, etc. Instacart is also readily available in the area. If you want a public beach with swimming access, Ben T. Davis is right around the corner. It is walkable, but we'd recommend a short 3-4 minute uber.
