Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The apartment is really big and very comfortable. Everything was perfect there. The kitchen is exceptionally equipped with everything you may need and more. There even is some salt, sugar and other essentials. The living room is good for a company. The soundproofing is really great - not only we didn't hear anything from outside, but we didn't hear each other from one bedroom to next. The windows look at the yard, so it was always quiet, too. Also we were very pleasantly surprised by a private parking in the yard. There wasn't any issue with us having a dog, too. The location is great - it's out of the most touristy part of the town, but there are still enough restaurants and shops nearby, and there is a farmer's market in 2 minutes. It's about 10 minutes walk to the sea, and as this is a quieter part of the town, the beach was not crowded and even in high season there always was space there.

Negative: Same issue as almost everywhere in Georgia - this apartment clearly is intended for the group (2 bedrooms), but there is only one key, so going out separately required some coordination. But there really was nothing to complain about overall.
