Family-style home is located deep within the resort area. This home does require stairs - it is a split level home (all above grade) with a large Master Suite on the upper level which includes a spacious king bedroom, private bathroom with soaking tub, and a private office. The lower level has three bedrooms, 2 rooms with King Beds and 1 room with 3 Twin Beds and a Trundle. On the main level there is also a bonus room which has 2 futons for extra sleeping spaces if needed - there is no door on this room and is considered common space. The open-concept main level is well apportioned for comfort and allowing the group to spend time together. With a Covered Deck area with Hot Tub, large backyard, fireplace, and comfortable outdoor furniture it is a great place to get together and be comfortable. Enjoy yard games in the backyard or if it is a rainy day there is a ski-ball machine and a Ms. Pac Man machine inside for some game time! Owner provides a pool pass for free access to the Stonewall Terrace pool, Memorial Day- Labor Day, weather permitting.
the private office has a comfortable l-shaped desk, docking station with usb-c connection, and a 34 inch ultra wide monitor for ultimate productivity for those pesky times you have to get some work done

surrounding area downtown harrisonburg and james madison university are 15 miles from our home Explore the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops downtown. The Shenandoah Valley offers many attractions including caverns, wineries and breweries. The closest Shenandoah River access is only 10 miles from the house. Enjoy tubing and kayaking during warm weather. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive and The Appalachian Trail is only 15 miles away and offers excellent hiking opportunities.
this home is not affiliated with massanutten resort However, it is located inside the community of Massanutten and minutes from skiing, snow and grass tubing, ice skating, two golf courses, indoor/outdoor water park, mountain biking, ziplining, putt-putt, go-karts, tennis, swimming, fishing, parks and more! You'll also have access to 30 miles of hiking trails. The pool is a community pool for the private homes in Massanutten. It is available for use by our guests from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and owner has provided a pool pass that grants guests staying at this property free admission daily. Pool availability is subject to, and at, the discretion of the Massanutten Property Owner Association. Tennis courts are also located by the pool. Most Resort activities are available to our guests for an additional fee and should be booked online before your arrival, through Massanutten Resort's website. **Please note some activities may sell out in advance, especially on holidays and weekends. We cannot guarantee access to the amenities and amenity closure/availability is not a refundable cancellation reason. **
