Duna is a large 3-storey townhouse, renovated in a modern style, very spacious, which enjoys a perfect location in the heart of the beautiful city of Teulada on the Costa Blanca, where you can visit a large number of restaurants, bars, and shops at very reasonable prices. The coastal town of Moraira is only 4 km away from where the nearest beaches are located, both the famous El Portet beach and L’Ampolla.

On the same floor, there are two double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and a bunk bed (total 4 sleeping places in this bedroom), these two rooms share a bathroom with a shower. The house has centralized air conditioning hot/cold and also underfloor heating with pellets.
