duck's nest retreat is a secluded creekside cabin on 5 acres with private pond and creekMInutes toOcoee river whitewater rafting, zipline, hiking and tubing. Enjoy the sounds of the rushing creek that runs past the cabin to the pond below from inside. Rocking chair front porch overlooking your own private stocked pond. Large 1-bedroom loft with a queen bed and a futon. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room with a large flat screen smart tv with internet reception (Roku, Netflix etc). Now with Directv/local channels! Gather around the wood burning fireplace for those chilly nights. Plenty outdoor living space for family and friends with an outdoor firepit. Don't let this one pass you up.
*please note this is a catch and release pond There are also large Koi in the pond along with the bream that shouldn't take your bait but these are to be treated like the owners pets and not harmed or removed as they are counted regularly.*

*please note that there are security cameras covering the parking/driveway area where there is no expectation of privacy
*when leaving the property you have to travel the driveway whicch inclines as you leave You MUST keep your momentum going, stay in the gas and DO NOT STOP when pulling out. There are only 3 houses on this road and the chance of you meeting traffic is very slim. if you stop at the top to pull out you will get stuck!
