Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints. No dogs allowed in the pool.

Our pool is closed and covered seasonally from November to March.
☆ hot tub: the use of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate, there is no additional charge Our team will turn the hot tub on prior to your arrival.
☆ pests: duck is home to midges, tiny seasonal bugs that are harmless and do not bite, but they can appear in large numbers To keep them out, we recommend keeping doors closed as much as possible and turning off outdoor lights at night, as light attracts them. We regularly treat the area, but they may still be present outdoors. Bug spray is a great idea for enjoying the deck and pool areas. Additionally, snakes from the nearby marsh can occasionally be spotted. If you see one on the property, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for animal control to remove it.
