Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great location, beautiful spacious house with all amenities. Details were great!

Negative: Being bothered by Vacasa while trying to relax.7 times. Being questioned about having pets with me when I made it clear in booking that I would have 2. Having to stop my vacation and prove that I was correct. Being watched on camera and by neighbors reporting the dogs to vacasa. Having neighbors have thir dogs crap on the lawn and run loose in the rental's yard. Having a cleaning crew wait outside 30 minutes before checkout. Lack of privacy. The stairs were very slippery plastic and not accessible for dogs and people with disabilities. We had a huge problem with accessibility because of the stairs texture indoors. Would not recommend using vacasa. They are unprofessional and are with you the whole trip.
