the detached country house villa with 170sqm of living space (incl Terraces) is located in a new development area on the bay of Cala Murada on Mallorca's beautiful south-east coast near the picturesque port of Porto Colom. A large nature reserve begins with pine forests typical of the island.
the idyllic sandy beach bay with beach restaurant can be reached by car in 5 minutes, (20 minutes on foot) There are enough parking spaces there.
the 2-storey villa with upscale furnishings can be comfortably occupied by 4 people: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious, open living area with kitchen, dining and living room In the rear area there is also an utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Outside there are 2 ground-level terraces and a roof terrace.
the villa is modern and comfortably equipped with led full-hd tv, oven, microwave with grill, fridge-freezer, capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, air conditioning cold / warm
the upper bedroom has its own access to the roof terrace Here you can retreat to the lounge - to read, sunbathe or enjoy the evening sun with a glass of wine and end the evening nicely. The villa stands on a large plot surrounded by cypresses on all sides.
