this is a very cute neighborhood, very centrally located between lansing and east lansing Just minutes from either downtown area.

other things to note:
we have a very strict no smoking policy inside the home If you need to smoke, please do so outside. We advertise a no smoking space to guests and want to be able to honor our word. A $200 fee will be charged to any guests that are found to be smoking on site.

Summary: This house is perfect for large groups. Everyone got a large bed and the common areas are meant for socializing. The management of this house is great. They were very responsive to any request.
