Summary: Very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast room is always open so one can get a coffee or pastry or fruit any time. Apin, the proprietor, is super friendly, helpful and available. The location was excellent - walkable to the train station. 15 minutes to the Colosseum. Maybe 20 minutes to Trevi. 50 minute walk to Vatican. There is a good restaurant next door and lots of other restaurants and shopping nearby, I was concerned that there was no "reception desk" but Apin provided excellent directions on how to get to the building and how to get into the suite. I think the elevator is 2 feet by 4 feet, but was a really fun experience. Loved this property and would definitely stay again.
