Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Well equipped, perfect location for eating out and exploring Buenos Aires. TV had YouTube, Netflix etc. Bathroom clean and shampoo etc. available. Early check in was possible.
Negative: Very noisy at times due to zero soundproofing. Other tenants were loud at night and there was construction noise from 8am on. So, bring oropax. The coffee machine needed some serious cleaning. Another roll of toilet paper would have been nice.
Summary: Good value, but noisy
