located in a gated, waterfront community, this secluded home is only a quarter mile walk to the lake where you can explore all the amenities of lake anna such as a common area with your own boat slip, a sandy beach, gathering/picnic pavilion, and tennis court this is in addition to the many hiking trails lake anna has to offer, lake anna state park, lake-front restaurants, and so much more!
it has three bedrooms, three full baths, a walkout lower-level game room with 75” tv and pool table, two beautiful fireplaces, a beautiful great room with a floor-to-ceiling, stone fireplace, 55” tv, and spacious eat-in kitchen with all the amenities you need to make your vacation comfortable and relaxing
the outside features a large deck with sliders from the master bedroom and kitchen, a grill, dining table, lounge chairs, and a bistro table for coffee or evening cocktails Down in the yard you’ll find Adirondack chairs with a fire pit for cooler mornings and evenings. The back yard is also fenced in for younger children and/or pets.
