built in 1941, this single-story bungalow boasts cheerful colors that modernize the space while the many built-ins throughout the home show it's charming age!
location, location! if you’re looking to visit the city of boise, this cheerful bungalow is in walking distance or a short bike ride to everything the city has to offer 10 blocks from 8th and Main and city center. bike or walk along the boise greenbelt to boise state university and "the blue", boise art museum (bam), ann morrison park, julia davis park, jump, and more!
idaho is all about the outdoors and this home is in close proximity to all the offerings! enjoy the west end neighborhood and community parks such as fairview park, esther simplot park, whitewater park, & quinns pond (sup, kayak, swim, or surf "the wave")! bike 15 miles to Camel's Back Park to hike or mountain bike on the numerous trails of the Boise foothills. Drive 5.8 miles to the top of Table Rock and enjoy spectacular views of Boise and the rest of the Treasure Valley. Drive 37 minutes to Bogus Basin - a year round destination for skiing and snowboarding, cross country skiing, snow tubing, mountain biking, hiking, or take a ride on Idaho's only mountain coaster.
