If you're in the mood for a refreshing swim, The Pines at Bass Lake is only 7.5 miles away. we gladly accommodate up to 2 well-behaved dogs for a fee, but we ask that our guests be responsible pet owners Please note that we do not allow cats or any other types of pets. There is a pet fee of $40 per dog per stay. Guests are responsible for bringing and providing all required items such as crate, bed, food and water bowls, poop bags etc. as these items are not provided. To ensure a pleasant stay for all, we kindly ask that guests adhere to our pet rules, which are outlined below. we appreciate your cooperation and look forward to hosting you and your canine companions!

we provide all freshly laundered linens for your stay, including towels, sheets, pillowcases, pillows, quilts, and blankets For your outdoor cookout needs, a propane BBQ is ready to go, complete with propane—just be sure to clean up after use.
our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal For your caffeine fix, both a Keurig and a full-size coffee pot are available. Please note that the property does not have a dishwasher.
free wi-fi is provided, and the tvs are equipped with sling app for your streaming entertainment To ensure your comfort year-round, the property also features both heating and air conditioning.

It is extremely important to not leave any food or trash outside or in vehicles, that vehicles are locked at all times, and that windows lower than 10 feet from the ground are not left open at night or when leaving the property.

***please be advised we do have one external camera located on the front porch We do not reside in the property full time and use the camera to monitor for property security.
***we do not offer cancellations, refunds, reschedules, or credits of any kind for weather conditions, and/or park closures as these are beyond our control We strongly suggest that guests purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if weather and/or park closures are a concern.
***please be advised that there will be third parties periodically on site at the property to perform water filtration, landscaping, and pest spraying services
***due to our mountain location our water contains minerals which can impact the hardness and taste The water is safe to drink and the home has a water softener. If you are sensitive to taste we recommend that you bring bottled water for your stay.

• maximum occupancy of 6 is strictly enforced (occupancy greater than 6 guests will result in immediate cancellation with no refund, and an additional $500 fee)
• no smoking or vaping inside the home
• no driving or parking in any unpaved areas
• no parties/events (unauthorized parties/events will result in immediate cancellation with no refund, and an additional $1,000 fee)
• no 3rd party bookings allowed (person making reservation must be staying at property)
• quiet hours - 10pm-8am
• no loud music or excessive noise inside or outside the unit at any time
• tampering with or disabling the wifi, or camera will result in immediate cancellation with no refund
• please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors
• no open fires or fireworks allowed
• no feeding wildlife
• no exception to check-in and check-out times unless pre-approved by host in advance

• if the bbq is used, please clean after use

• please help us keep white towels white - black makeup washcloths are provided for make-up removal, etc so white towels are not stained.
pet rules:
• up to 2 dogs allowed No cats or any other pets allowed.
• no breed or weight restrictions
• each dog is charged a $40 per stay fee
• any damage from pets will be charged to the deposit collected
• guest must pick up and dispose of all pet waste A $50 fee will be charged if pet waste is not picked up.
• dogs must be current on vaccinations and flea treatment
• dogs may not be left in home unsupervised, and must be confined to crates at all times while guests are away from the property
• guests are responsible for bringing all of their own pet supplies (ie. crates, food and water bowls, poop bags, beds, etc.)
• dogs are not allowed on the sofa or beds and an additional cleaning fee may apply if there is excessive dog hair, and extra cleaning required
• dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while outdoors
• pet deposit will be returned within 14 days of checkout as long as all pet rules are followed and damages are not found
• pet deposit will be forfeited if any pet rules are not followed
