this is a very special location.. open the sliding doors and hear the ocean or sit out in the patio and enjoy the view of dunes and surf.... One block away is "Coconuts on the beach" with live music and this apartment is just a mile from the famous Cocoa Beach Pier and an hour away from Disney / Universal / Sea World and adjacent to NASA and Port Canaveral where Disney, Carnival, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines depart. Their is not a swimming pool on the property..
