The bedroom features a King size bed along with a TV with cable . Need some alternate sleeping options, the sofa is a Queen sleeper. The property is equipped with an in unit stackable washer/dryer for your convenience! The beachside heated pool is surrounded by a paver deck that has both open & covered areas, as you choose your sun exposure. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand before getting into the pool or coming into the building. There are also 2 restrooms in the gated pool area. The large built-in gas grill is perfect for the catch of the day. This unit comes with one covered assigned parking space. This is a smoke-free condo and no pets are allowed.
