equipped with a jotul gas fireplace/stove for wonderful ambiance and modest warmth in cooler weather! the stove will take the chill off in cold weather, but will not fully heat the cabin! bring warm gear in cold weather!!
there is also a tent pad for your kids right out front!
caution! your vehicle should have 55 inches of ground clearance to navigate the gravel road to diamondstone! (google your car's clearance)
this cabin is completely carry in/carry out!
inside it features unique, hand-crafted furnishings hewn from local trees! these furnishings include a real queen size log bed "platform" (bring your air mattress/pad and sleeping bags) to sleep on, there is a counter-height, dry work table for your camp cook stove! (no odious grills inside please!!)
the cabin has a hand made log-style coffee table! completed by the chairs for sitting right in front of the glass fronted jotul stove it is lovely to sit there morning or night! the stove will take off the chill in cold weather, but it wont fully heat the cabin!
step out the cabin door onto the covered front porch and take in the view! you can sit at the porch table to enjoy your morning coffee, or evening dinner! all the while you can watch and listen to the tumbling squally creek as it makes its way down the mountain!
go down the steps and into the creekside front yard and you will find a picnic table, charcoal grille, and campfire pit! find also the a creekside bench right in front of a sweet little swimming hole!
diamondstone is truly a unique, beautiful, deep-nature experience!
