"how many buildings are on the property?"
this is a private property on 74,052 sq ft lot, there is the main house and a separate “penthouse” about 50 feet away, those are the only 2 buildings on the property and they are both exclusively yours
"does the price include both the main house and the penthouse?"
yes! this listing and price is for both buildings together.. this is an ALL-IN-ONE package. When you book your stay, you get BOTH the main house and the penthouse. You enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, nobody else will be present. (This is the ONLY listing... which includes both buildings.)
"are the hero home and the penthouse connected?"
the main home (3 bedrooms, 4 beds) and the penthouse (1 bedroom, 3 beds) are separate buildings, about 50 feet away from each other They are not physically connected, but you have exclusive access to both. this is the deluxe 2-in-1 package! they each have their own living rooms, their own kitchens, their own laundry rooms, etc :)
"do both buildings have bedrooms, kitchens, living room etc?"
yes! both buildings are standalone, they each have their own bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms, laundry rooms, etc The main house has 3 bedrooms and 4 beds, while the penthouse has 1 bedroom and 3 beds. The last 21 photos on our listing are the penthouse only.
"how many beds and bedrooms are there in each building?"
the main home has 3 bedrooms The first bedroom has king bed and en suite full bath. Second bedroom has king bed. Third bedroom has queen bed. Entertainment game room area has full bed. Gourmet chef’s kitchen. Full laundry room suite. 2.5 baths in the main home.
the penthouse has 1 bedroom which has a king bed, queen bed, and en suite full bath There is a single/twin bed in the living room. It also has a full kitchen, living room, laundry room, and outdoor patio with hot tub, grill, couch and chairs, etc.
"is there parking for multiple cars?"
yes, our driveway can accommodate 6-10 vehicles The roads are paved and any type of vehicle can easily get to the property.
"is the home gated?"
no, the property is not gated It's located almost at the end of a quiet street with very little through-traffic, only a neighbor or two now and then.
"what kind of levels does the house have?"
the entire house is on the first level and easily accessible, you can park less than 10 feet from the front door, with 4 beds located there (2 kings, 1 queen, 1 full) The penthouse nearby has about a dozen stairs leading to the 1 bedroom 1 bath separate building, which has king, queen and twin beds.
"do you have a pet fee? weight or breed restrictions?"
yes, we require a pet fee for furry friend (dogs only, no cats) If the platform allows you to select that you’re bringing a pet, please choose that option when booking and the pet fee will be added to your pricing breakdown. You’ll be able to see the exact fee before confirming your booking.
we have no weight or breed restrictions Pet fees are due when making your reservation. A single pet fee allows up to 2 dogs during your stay. Pets must be respectful of the space and must not damage the home in any way. Dogs must be crated when you're not home or if they're unsupervised.
"is there a keurig machine in one or both of the buildings?"
there’s a keurig and drip coffee machine in each building, so 4 coffee machines total (ie, we have 2 keurig's and 2 drip machines)
"what kind of grill do you have?"
we have a propane grill that you're welcome to use, and we provide the propane We also have a propane heater for cozy outdoor use and a propane firepit to make magical memories with family and friends on the patio. All propane gas is provided when you arrive at no cost.
"will there be any decorations for christmas?"
absolutely, we always decorate december through january for the magic :)
“what’s the minimum age requirement for booking?”
our minimum age required to book is 18 :)
“do you offer payment plans?”
by default, full payment is required to confirm your reservation We can’t control payment plans on our end, but in the unlikely event that one is available, you will see the option when booking.
"how many tv's are in the houses?"
there are 7 giant high definition 4k tv's (one in each living room + one per bedroom) along with lightning fast wifi throughout each house for on demand entertainment
"what are the roads like? specifically, are they paved and can a regular vehicle make it with ease?"
the roads are excellent and entirely paved any vehicle of any type, big or small, can make it with ease, yes!
"how private is the outdoor area and hot tub in relation to the neighbors?"
it’s quite private, you can’t see any neighbors from the hot tub or outdoor space Simply relax and indulge yourself in the beauty of the moment.
