Positive: The area, parking was great, the inside looks just like the pictures on Booking.com, TV's in both bedrooms and living room, convenient .Overall it was a pleasant stay besides the issues that I reported.

Negative: Having to wait almost an hour waiting to enter the property. Housekeeping and a partner did a walk through after they unlocked the door. They failed to have clean wash cloths and hand and foot towels for my guests and I. I called the host with a few other small issues ( screen door broke, filthy oven, and won't stay shut, missing linens, broken floor blinds and some light bulbs needed to be replaced It was 3 mix match towels only available. I notified the host later on after I discovered we didn't have the clean linens. He texted me and stated that someone would be bringing them that night. We never heard back from the host, nor did we receive the clean linens. Host stopped answering my calls and text messages altogether. It is very unprofessional and unacceptable! I notified Booking.com as well. They didn't address my issues as well. How can you go against a customer who has proof of issues being reported and not in refund their money back? Regardless if the host wants to deny the proof that's being presented! That policy sucks. If you're booking this property, bring your own clean wash cloths and towels! They won't provide them. The kitchen cabinets and bathroom need to be renovated and upgraded.
