Positive: Apartments Top 5 & Top 11 were clean and comfortable plus air conditioned. The lift was very convenient for Top 11, however Top 5 is a few steps up from the lift so not for anyone needing wheelchair access or unable to navigate a few stairs. The location of the apartments was super and so convenient to shops, sights, food, & transportation. The photos attached are apartment Top 11 which was the larger of the 2 we rented. The sofa can convert to a double bed and it is in the same room as the king bed. The WiFi was easy to access and performed well. The TV is large enough to enjoy. The bathroom is roomy and modern. The beds were comfortable. The entry system is safe and secure. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing.

Negative: The apartments met our needs perfectly since we did not plan to prepare meals, but if you need an oven or microwave, neither apartment has them. Also, a dishwasher is in the laundry room on 2nd floor but there really wasn't a convenient way to take a load of dishes and cookware to that location. Top 5 is on level 1 and Top 11 is on level 3. We just hand washed the few dishes we used. Overall, for our short stay, these apartments were great.
